Amo riciclare e riutilizzare....che suona meglio di "sono una ammassatrice cumpulsiva".

Adoro questo calendario di legno che ho acquistato da Mama Elephant l'anno scorso.

Sapevo che avrei potuto/voluto riciclare le varie pagine.

I like to upcycle <-- that sounds better than what I am, a crafting hoarder.

I love this wood veneer calendar that I bought from Mama Elephant last year.  I knew that I could/would upcycle the various  'pages'.

Ecco come l'ho trasformato:

 

Here's how I transformed it:

 

cardbase:  impress  paper:  papertrey ink vellum, neenah white, stampin 'up basic black  stamps:  kellie stamps  ink:  memento tuxedo  other:  divine twine, gold eyelet, studio calico wood veneer heart, mama elephant 2014 calendar

 

Anche se il calendario è dello scorso anno, funziona lo stesso per una bel bicchiere grande di caffè! Ho tagliato facilmente il legno di balsa senza alcuna rottura o crepo.
Ho aggiunto il foglio di vellum per ammorbidire l'effetto della base.
Allora, anche voi accumulate roba con l'intenzione di riciclare in futuro?

Although the calendar is from last year, it makes for a great coffee to-go cup!  I easily cut the wood veneer without any breaking or cracking.

I added the vellum panel to soften the card base.

Come sapete io amo i fiori sono i miei preferiti come abbellimenti è raro che creo qualcosa dove non c'è un fiore!!!

Così ho pensato di fare un tutorial su uno dei miei fiori preferiti....

Per prima cosa voglio mostrarvi come colorare i fermacampioni ...

trovo molto utile questo modo quando non si ha disposizione un fermacampione colorato...

As you know I love the flowers are my favorite embellishments for my cards !!!

So I decided to make a tutorial on one of my favorite flowers ....

First I want to show you how to color the paper clips ...

I find it very helpful that way when you are not available to a fermacampione colored ...

 ...... ready way !!!!

Primo step

Mollette.... clothespins

           Smalto per unghie ... Nail Polish

fermacampione....Fermacampione

Ora per prima cosa coloriamo i fermacampioni 

con lo smalto del colore scelto.

Mettiamoli ad asciugare con le mollette.

Now first color the fermacampioni

with the enamel of the chosen color.

Let's put them to dry with clothespins.

glitter rosa e Cristal Ice

Tampone marrone

Pad Brown 

cartoncino

cardstock

 Tagliano il cartoncino con la fustella 

They cut the cardboard with the die

Stropicciamo la carta per arruffarla

 Sporchiamo con il tampone per un effetto invecchiato

Contaminate with the buffer for an aged

Facciamo un foro al centro dei fiori

We make a hole in the center of the flowers

Inseriamo il fermacampione 

We insert the fermacampione

 Infine mettiamo il glitter intorno ai fiori nei due colori

Finally we put the glitter around the flowers in two colors

Mi raccomando fateli asciugare bene.....poi i nostri fiori sono pronti per essere messi sulle nostre creazioni....

I recommend dry thoroughly ..... then our flowers are ready to be put on our creations ....
