A tea with the winner - Aurora

Hello ladies, ready to meet the winner of february challenge?
Great with colors and really creative....

 di dove sei?
where are you from?

When I was younger I use to spend some time every summer in a town near Rome with a foster family, and that's why I understand and speak a bit of Italian, although I'm not as fluent as I used to be.

come hai scoperto lo scrapbooking?
how you discovered scrapbooking?

I have always been into crafts (knitting, patchwork, etc.). The first time that I heard the word scrapbook was through my mother in law who is British. She gave me a Baby Scrapbook to fill when my son was born, and I did some research and learned some more on-line, visiting blogs and social networks. But it was really when I started colouring with my Copic that I found in this hobby the space to release my creativity.

what features do you like more in a scrapbook blog?

Well, I think I have some fascination with shabby chic type projects, a certain look that I never seem able to achieve, and I also like to see good colouring tips.  But I also like to follow blogs where people makes their own embellishment or uses recycled items to create new and beautiful things

segui spesso blog stranieri?
Do you follow often foreigners blog?

Yes, I do. I like to see projects from all over the world. Some times it's very interesting to see how the cultural differences are reflected on the way we express our creativity. That is also the reason why I chose to write my blog in English, to make it easier for people from other countries to be able to understand me. That is what I like about the internet that is world wide and you can get to know people from lots of places that you would have known otherwise

cosa pensi dello scrapbooking italiano?
What do you think about Italian scrapbooking?
Do you find that have different characteristics from other countries?

Well, I have to say that I loved travailing through the main Italian cities when I was younger, and I have always been fascinated by the Renaissance art. I think Italian scrapbooking reflects the artistic richness of your country and your Mediterranian culture, making it rich in embellisment and full of sentiment.

Thank You Aurora, here 2 of some of yours awesome projects!
